We had a very short time slot for the mattress steam cleaning to take place. With 24hrs or requesting the service 2 very smart, very professional employees of the company turned up and steam cleaner both mattresses. Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward! Service from LA Maintenance is brilliant, the outcome of the fascias, render, gutters and windows have come up lovely. With the guttering it was really useful to see the camera footage from before and after the clean. Communication has been great from the initial enquiry through to the finished product. Very friendly and professional. Would use LA Maintenance again and will be used for regular cleans moving forward. 100% recommend 👌

Chris and his cleaners provided a moving in clean for myself and my husband. Our flat was in a particularly grotty state when we got the keys however Chris and his team worked wonders to convert it in a clean and fresh flat.
