We had a very short time slot for the mattress steam cleaning to take place. With 24hrs or requesting the service 2 very smart, very professional employees of the company turned up and steam cleaner both mattresses. They advised us on drying techniques and left for other jobs If ONLY other companies were as professional as this. This Company certainly is a standout performer in the Solihull/Birmingham area

We commissioned them after accepting their quote to do an initial clean at one of our estates. We were also satisfied with their insurance and indemnity coverage that we needed to have in place for prospective contractors. Glint Cleaning Solutions and their boss Jivan provide a level of commercial service that I believe is second to none. They don't talk, they get down to business which is what I was looking for. After being let down by a couple of companies and individuals we came across HCL and hoped for the best. We were not disappointed. Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward! I would most definitely use Nita again. She was professional, polite, hard working and most importantly gave me a competitive price. I called her to arrange an end of tenancy clean. She visited the property and gave me a really good quote. I’m based in London so requested that she collects the key from the nieghbour. She was happy to do that and arrived on time. She spent a long time cleaning the property and even cleaned the extractor fan filter as a bonus which I was extremely happy with and needless to say I’ll definitely be using her again.
