With 24hrs or requesting the service 2 very smart, very professional employees of the company turned up and steam cleaner both mattresses. They advised us on drying techniques and left for other jobs If ONLY other companies were as professional as this. This Company certainly is a standout performer in the Solihull/Birmingham area
