My son has been having private tutoring with Kiran for over a year now. She is a kind, professional tutor with lots of experience working with SEN children. My son was diagnosed with dyslexia and also struggled with maths. Since attending, he has improved in all areas of his school work. Kiran teaches different techniques which help children to learn in a different way, making it easier for them to understand. She adapts her teaching to the child's needs. She also offers feedback to parents, discussing the areas that were covered during the session. This enables parents to recognise the gaps in the child's knowledge and highlights their strengths. I searched for a tutor and found Amer for some help with my daughters eleven plus. She worked with my daughter weekly and was able to find holes in her existing knowledge that she filled to enable my daughter to pass her eleven plus with flying colours. Amer has a very nurturing way and my daughter found they was she taught easy to easy to understand and the weekly homework allowed her to progress even further. I can highly recommend Amer if you want to give your child that additional help during a really stressful period. We feel blessed we found her and honestly believe she had a huge hand in helping my daughter pass her eleven plus and access the amazing grammar school system. My Learning room has been very effective with my son and his additional learning for GSCE maths. The process was friendly and easily set up. Amer at Learning room spoke with me and after giving details of my son, his personality and requirements she set up a 10 minute teams call with a tutor she felt would work best with my son. I must say the paring of the tutor Leo and my son was spot on, Leo has done an amazing job so far, my son enjoys his learning, feels more confident and also finds Leo explains the work and math questions in a much more effective way that it is more easily absorbed. My son has already increased his mock grade in a short period of time. I would highly recommend My Learning room and also must add it is a service that is affordable.

I have weekly physics lessons with Nida and so far it's been amazing. She explains topics well and makes it easy to understand. The lessons are flexible enough to do other material as well like revision, exam questions or other subjects completely. The power point slides shown have easy to follow notes and diagrams and are tailored to the curriculum of the exam board you follow. It's been really useful and Nida has been a great teacher.

I completed the Essay Crash Course during the summer before my final year at university. I hugely benefited from the process as I learned skills to finally understand what a university essay demands in order to achieve a first. This course closed the huge gap in teaching how to write a university level essay. I now feel equipped to complete my final year and hope to increase my marks from a 2:1 to a first as a result of the valuable tools learned during the course. My matched tutor was really helpful and gave in-depth explanations to give me confidence in the new method of writing, something I did not learn at university. During the course I worked on an example question from one of my university papers with my tutor which was a hugely valuable exercise. I now have a worked example alongside the explanations given during the sessions which I will use throughout my final year. I will now implement what I have learned from this course and make significant changes to my work which I hope will be the difference between a 2:1 and first class degree.

The matched tutors for Sociology and Geography A level were outstanding. I have consistently used Uber Tutors for my child since year 5, elevating their potential at different stages of their State and Comprehensive schooling. Uber Tutors coached my child through their dyslexia diagnosis, immediately understanding their needs and instilling confidence. They have now finished A levels top of their class and top three in their year for their chosen subjects, including A*s in Sociology and Geography. In total 3 x A* and 1 x A. I looked for an essay writing summer tutor for my children as I feel the English system does not focus on teaching children how to present analytical thinking in written form but rather mainly on content. It seems to be assumed that the children will find their way to writing good essays (and clearly many do). However, coming from the American system, in which the process of HOW to write a good essay is taught almost as a standalone subject, I felt that my children would be best served going into a writing task with the strongest possible toolset so that the ideas and ultimately what to write would become their only challenge. How to write would be second nature. I contacted Tania at Uber Tutors after a lot of research and, via her incredibly personalised interview approach, she matched a fantastic tutor with my children. Over the course of the summer, they learned how to structure, present and write an argument. They also learned how to incorporate evidence, be it literary, historical or data driven. Not only do they now approach every school essay confidently (dare I say enthusiastically?) but their teachers have mentioned their writing skills to me across the curriculum. Hands down the best decision we made for our children was to have Hannah and The Golden Circle part of our extended family. The tutors are attentive and very adept in their fields of study. I’ve been coming to this tuition place for over a year and it’s one of the best - all the teachers really support you with topics you struggle with and encourage you to achieve higher - I was mainly getting grade 6-7s in science and maths but this results day ended up with 8-9s and a huge part of that is because of toptutors- can’t recommend them enough :)

I believe my son benefited from tutoring at Top Tutors in Roman road, in a very short period of time they managed to identify and fill the gaps in his knowledge which helped my son with passing the 11+ exam. I believe the tutors here are attentive and insightful, they prepare tasks based on each student’s individual level, they spare sufficient time to each student. I've been attending top tutors since late January. I'm currently getting 1 to 1 maths support with a tutor to help me with upcoming exams. I think the tutors are very skilled and have a good knowledge of how to help you with areas you are struggling with. Would recommend to anyone else who is struggling with their maths or even English. It's well worth the extra money for having the 1 to 1. I think all parents should go ahead and book an appointment to give their children a chance to get to where they want to go in life, this is going to help them.

My daughter attends this centre and she absolutely loves it. The brothers who teach her are amazing at what they do allahumma barik and she is always looking forward to going to class. It is also amazing that they have considered the homeschooling community and facilitated this for us during school times. If you are homeschooling and looking for somewhere to complement the work you do with your child or you want to test that your child is at the right level then this is a great place to come on Thursday at 1pm to 3pm as it is specifically for homeschooling families. They offer English, Maths and science.

Couldn’t rate expert tuition higher. I have just finished my economics A level and in all honesty without using Expert tuition resources and livestreams I would have done nowhere near as well as I feel I have done. For any year 12 or year 13 student studying economics I would really recommend either going to one of the courses or at least watching the livestreams before you do you exams! Otherwise you are at a major disadvantage.

I have been attending tuition to prepare for my GCSEs; especially, Computer Science. I needed help with coding and the teacher is qualified and dedicated.
