The tutor has been so supportive, patient and understanding of my child’s needs. She is attentive and calm during every session. I really appreciate the way she deals with my child’s nervousness without making her feel uncomfortable . I've been attending maths and English lessons at the Kip McGrath (barking) centre for over 2 years and has recently graduated from there after completing my GCSE exams. Before going to the weekly lessons at the Kip McGrath centre , I was struggling a lot with keeping up with my school work due to how difficult it was . However by the end of the 2 and 1/2 years , my confidence has risen and I was able to achieve results above my expectations. Thank you to Miss Marcia, Mr Vince and the rest of the team.

My son has been at Kip McGrath Barking for almost a year and a half for extra lessons. The staff have been excellent and my son's English and Maths has progressed nicely in that time. My son has attended this centre for 8 years studying Maths, English and Science. During his time at the centre I have received regular feedback from staff who have all gone above and beyond to help my son excel in his education. During the Covid-19 pandemic the centre adapted well as they were still able to meet the needs of myself and my son by keeping everyone safe and still maintaining a high level of education in such uncertain times. It is with a heavy heart that I say goodbye to the centre as my son completes Year 11. I couldn’t have asked for better teachers to take him through his junior and senior journey. Would advise everyone who want their child to do well in their education. Own experience, my boys were well well below the expected level, and as a perant having the fear every day of what would become of them and how they would manage in high school was very stressful. Thanks to kip McGrath they have made a massive improvement , and participate in most class work at school now. After checking with different tuition providers, we selected Merit Tutors for our child, and we are happy about our decision! My son has been having private tutoring with Kiran for over a year now. She is a kind, professional tutor with lots of experience working with SEN children. My son was diagnosed with dyslexia and also struggled with maths. Since attending, he has improved in all areas of his school work. Kiran teaches different techniques which help children to learn in a different way, making it easier for them to understand. She adapts her teaching to the child's needs. She also offers feedback to parents, discussing the areas that were covered during the session. This enables parents to recognise the gaps in the child's knowledge and highlights their strengths. I can highly recommend Private Tuition Specialists, my daughter has a diagnosis of dyslexia and she has been attending for some time now and has shown so much improvement in maths, which has really boosted her confidence. The staff are amazing, really friendly and caring and always make my daughter feel at ease. Kiran is very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions or to offer advice. Would definitely recommend. They are all so nice and attentive and don't make you feel dumb or stupid if you don't understand. They teach at a very high standard, while maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment. They are always willing to answer questions and help you after class and every throughout the week we can message them and send them questions and it will be explained or something to help us will be sent so we can figure it out on our own but with a little guidance. They push us and don't work at the speed of the fastest or slowest person. You work at your speed. So if you are quite fast or understand the topic there will be more/extention questions for you to do while other finish the work. Great place and highly recommended.

He has always motivated and inspired my daughter to excel in the 11 plus subjects.He is really a dedicated teacher who aspires to bring the excellence in his students. My daughter has been doing her 11+ prep at explore barking. She got in her first round of Henrietta Barnet 🥹. Personally I think explore learning has been so supportive and accommodating for my child and her needs. The mock tests helped her very much. I also like the fact that teachers are young and or students mostly, as I think the strategy the tutors used would be similar to what our children are taught nowadays in state schools. I’m so happy with explore Learing and Asiah has been an absolute god send. Junaid, mafuza, angel have also been such amazing help. Thank you ever soooo much explore I will be enrolling my other 2 children soon. Thanks once again.
