Marcus was brilliant we had dark stains on our cream lounge carpet (general wear and tear from dogs and kids) but they were getting worse and we’d tried everything - to the point where we’d thought about new carpets. Marcus cleaned them within two hours and honestly they look brand new. We can’t believe how good they look now. Will definitely use again - thank you Marcus !
