We invited Glint Cleaning Solutions for a quote after a spectacular phone call with the most wonderful customer service from their team. We commissioned them after accepting their quote to do an initial clean at one of our estates. We were also satisfied with their insurance and indemnity coverage that we needed to have in place for prospective contractors. Glint Cleaning Solutions and their boss Jivan provide a level of commercial service that I believe is second to none. They don't talk, they get down to business which is what I was looking for. The level and quality of work was just brilliant. We have now permanently appointed GCS as our exclusive estate wide contractors on a contractual basis. Highly recommended. I have had Merrymaids to do my cleaning for a few years now and I am totally satisfied with my two ladies Holly and Kim. They do an excellent job every time they come and regular callers often remarked on how clean and pleasant my home is. My bathroom comes in for special praise and my daughter always knows when my ladies have been because she says there is always a fresh, clean smell in my bungalow. The bedding is changed and washed every time they come and I didn't have to ask them to do it.They do extras such as wash my mop, make me a drink and carefully clean around any spiders they find because I don't like to kill them. They always have time for a chat, which I enjoy and I regard them as friends. My bill is the same each fortnight and not by the hour, which I particularly like and Holly and Kim never rush but make sure everything is gleaming and clean. When I was taken into hospital as an emergency at the beginning of 2024 the girls came to clean as we never thought to stop them so they quietly let themselves in and cleaned the bungalow in their usual efficient way which proved how trustworthy they were; this is so important. I feel very fond of these ladies and I consider myself very lucky to have them; they are great and I don't know how they do such a good job each time. I would recommend anyone who wants a cleaner to have Merry Maids of Solihull but you can't have my two wonderful ladies; they are the best and a credit to their Company.

We've had excellent service over many years from Merrymaids, but then again we always get the A-team (Krishna and Lynn)! Apart from doing a consistently excellent job, they are always approachable and friendly which is important to us.

Best decision I’ve ‘maid’ in a long while. House clean every two weeks gives us time back at weekends. Anne and Fiona are really friendly, a joy to chat with and leave the house immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

One thing i would’ve liked better to happen is an email confirmation regarding the appointment rather than just the message on their website. Nevertheless everything went as scheduled.

I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough. My partner and I have struggled with our mental health, and our kitchen had become completely unusable.
