I had Luke come out to do two full carpet cleaning jobs here in the city centre (the flat I was leaving and the one I was moving into). He did just an incredible job, was far too reasonable with his prices (Luke, if you're reading this, charge more!) and was a delight to work with. He even got coffee stains out of a white carpet. Genuinely magical. Given that I'm the kind of person to spill coffee onto white carpet, I can't wait till I get to work with him again.

Luke came out to advise me on one of my flats that let in water while my tenants were on holiday.All of the carpets got effected. I had to get every carpet up and dispose of the underlay. The original carpets and new underlay were put down under Luke expert supervision. Luke cleaned all the carpets and absolutely look good as new. Thank you so much Luke for coming out at short notice while you were with your family on a day off over the weekend. I would never use anybody else but Luke. Very polite, professional but friendly guy. Managed our expectations regarding our stains which I prefer, and the end result was amazing. We will deffo be using CCS for any future carpet cleans and will be having him back to do our sofa!
