This review is based solely on our personal experience with Monika, Mr. Mittal, and their team. My son has now got eligibility to apply for Reading School. Without hesitation, I can say this wouldn't have been possible without choosing Brilliant Tutors. We randomly selected Brilliant Tutors for a trial class during the middle of our son’s Year 4 and immediately knew it was the right fit. They provide all necessary materials and create a schedule that works for both us and my son. A wealth of support materials, online classes, and in-person sessions are offered throughout their 11+ preparation. Monika provides feedback whenever requested, tracks my son's progress, and offers one-on-one attention when needed. She even generously offered extra help during school holidays. We began with mock tests in Year 4 to assess my son's baseline. Their high-quality mocks provided clear insights into areas needing improvement. These exams were spread out throughout the second half of Year 5, allowing for gradual progress and assessment. There was enough time for kids to focus and improve. Their creative writing class was engaging and enjoyable for my son. Not only Monika and Mr. Mittal, but all the staff were supportive, providing feedback and suggestions whenever necessary. We couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional support and empowerment my son has received at Brilliant Tutors Academy. While being in groups, their individualised approach has truly transformed his learning experience. We still have a long way to go in our 11+ journey. However, the experience with BTA- especially Mrs. Mittal has been outstanding! My son absolutely loves the in- person and online sessions and is ready and waiting promptly for the session to begin everyday. Brilliant tutors have so far truly lived up to its name. My daughter is currently enrolled and preparing for 11+. She started in year 5 and I was a bit concerned as a lot of the children start much earlier, given the level of competition. Monica has been extremely approachable from the onset. She has been so supportive, she willingly gave my daughter all the extra time she needed so that she can come up to speed. She is very positive, encouraging and motivating to the children while also maintaining the level of discipline required. We had tried two other very renowned classes in the Earley area but my daughter did not enjoy as their style of teaching was not engaging enough and they failed to understand each child and their potential. Whereas Monica knows every child and their strengths and weaknesses. She doesn’t run the class like a business but has a real love for teaching and that shows in every interaction we’ve had with her. My daughter liked this class from the very first one and has not looked back, she’s doing quite well now in her tests so far. Most importantly, she’s happy which is essential for healthy learning.
