Moved into a HMO and was told it would be clean but once moved in, I realised the place was dirty. I called multiple cleaning places and no one could come on such short notice. Shahid came and cleaned the bedroom and bathroom and the floors (so much dirt everywhere!) - would definitely recommend

I phoned Midland Cleaning on a Saturday regarding an end of tenancy clean, not really expecting the phone to be answered. But it was! Josh answered and was extremely helpful, and managed to look at photos and quote for the clean, and even book it in at very short notice for the next week. The service was exemplary, Josh even arranged a key collection for a very reasonable charge. The team did a great job, and sent photos for my reassurance. First class all round.

We invited Glint Cleaning Solutions for a quote after a spectacular phone call with the most wonderful customer service from their team. We commissioned them after accepting their quote to do an initial clean at one of our estates. We were also satisfied with their insurance and indemnity coverage that we needed to have in place for prospective contractors. Glint Cleaning Solutions and their boss Jivan provide a level of commercial service that I believe is second to none. They don't talk, they get down to business which is what I was looking for. The level and quality of work was just brilliant. We have now permanently appointed GCS as our exclusive estate wide contractors on a contractual basis. Highly recommended. Rachel is responsible for cleaning our service apartment in Birmingham on a long term contract. This role is demanding as the apartment is highly dependent on cleaners to ensure that everything is well and to report concerns and ensure that the apartment is cleaned to the highest standard. Rachel is able to work under pressure as at times the apartment has to be cleaned promptly to allow other guests to check in. Rachel has provided an excellent service. She is professional in her approach and she goes extra miles in ensuring that the service she provides is of the highest standard. Price was reasonable and the service was fine. The young lady who cleaned my house missed the freezer (in a fridge-freezer set) and I had to deal with it on my own, otherwise, really good job.

I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough. My partner and I have struggled with our mental health, and our kitchen had become completely unusable. It took a lot of courage for me to ask for help, but I am so glad I did. The cleaners came in and worked absolute magic. They were thorough, professional, and incredibly understanding. Excellent cleaning service received from Cleanse Cleaning. Called Tom for a quote for cleaning due to a change over in tenancies, Tom came over to have a look within an hour, provided a very reasonable quote and sent a cleaner over within an hour or so. Cleaner turned up on time and completed the job within timescale. Price quoted was price paid.
