Mostly good service, great cleaners, good to know they are vetted and insured. Also the agency will find a backup if your usual cleaner can't come. The only drawback is the agency commission is rather high at £2.90 per hour of cleaning, and they don't keep actual records, so they charge you even if you were on holidays and clean didn't happen, unless you dispute it, which is a drag. Overall I recommend them though - for peace of mind.

A very reliable and excellent service has been provided to us by our current lady. She always lets us know if there are any changes to timings and adjusts her service accordingly. Lovely to come home to a clean home. Bruce oversees the business and introduces the cleaner. When issues have occurred in previous arrangements they have been sorted quickly but we couldn’t be happier with our current lady

Very quick response from Mal who came for a look and gave me an idea of price. We arranged when Mal would come to do the cleaning, and she arrived on time and set straight to work. She worked quietly but methodically. When I went to have a look, I was amazed how clean she had got things. She'd removed grease from the top of cupboards, limescale from the taps and sink. After a deep clean on the kitchen, she then did the bathroom. I was very impressed with the results and with how hard Mal worked. I definitely recommend, especially as the cleaning is done with steam so there's no chemical smell. I will use this company again.

I have used the Ultra cleaning service many times now to help with many different things such as rubbish removal, carpet cleaning and large household item removals. Each time the process has been simple and easy. The men are very friendly and respectful and do an amazing job and quickly! They are very quick to respond and to do any of the jobs asked of them. They are very flexible in their work. Friendly and approachable in nature. They have done end of tenancy cleaning for me. They did an excellent job. started and finished exactly on time and house looks exactly like the time I was handed over to. He also fixed some bits and pieces in side the house like attaching a small electric heater on the wall which was loosened. He offered this kind of help without even asking which I think imply him a very compassionate and enthusiastic worker.
